 This fresh, clean, flavorful New Zealand star is a sumptuous choice, whether you enjoy a good Chardonnay or not.  She’s virtually a one-size-fits-all white wine that’s brilliant with food.  I served it with roasted lemon chicken and sautéed zucchini with garlic.  Standing ovation!  The aromas include white peach, cantaloupe, lemon and delicate flowers.  The complexity and finish make this wine appreciated by all wine enthusiasts.  Unoaked Chardonnay, I applaud you.
