Sang Royal
Serves 12
INGREDIENTS:
Step 1:
1 c water
1 c granulated sugar
1 cinnamon stick
3 cloves
1 vanilla bean
13 fresh cherries
Step 2:
2 oranges, each cut into 8 pieces
juice from 1 orange
2 lemons, each cut into 6 pieces
juice from 1 lemon
2 limes, cut into 6 pieces
juice from 1 lime
Step 3:
. Two 750 ml bottles Beaujolais Villages wine
. 4 oz cognac
. 12 oz sparkling water (Perrier)
RECIPE STEPS:
1. in a large sauce pan combine all the ingredients listed in step 1 then bring to a boil
2. remove the mixture from the heat then add all the fruits listed in step 2
3. cool down the mixture, place in large pitcher, then add the wine, cognac and Perrier
4. serve on ice
SHELF LIFE:Fridge: 1 day
